Welcome to DreamSpace Staging

Grocery Stores, Fashion Models, Infomercials, Celebrities at Premieres, Product Placement in TV Shows & Movies – What do they all have in common? They are all “staged” to sell products to consumers, and are very successful means to accomplishing sales. Why wouldn’t we stage our most important asset – our home - to achieve the highest and best result?

Did You Know?
It is almost impossible to stage your own home – you are too close to it. How you live in your home and the way you market your home for sale are two entirely different things. Buyers only know what they SEE, not the way it COULD be.

Motivation To Stage:
The optimal time to sell is during the first two weeks on the market when interest is high and fresh. The longer a home sits on the market the lower the price goes and the more negotiating power a seller loses.

What buyers have said about DreamSpace homes:
“I knew the minute I walked in the front door…”
“I loved absolutely everything about the house. We kept walking through and loving it more with each room.”

What realtors have said:
“The client said, ‘This is it’ as soon as she walked in.”
“The client didn’t want to see anything under 1500 sq. ft., but she was bowled over and fell in love, in spite of it being only 1100 sq. ft., and said ‘This is the one…’”
